Report: Russia’s AvtoVAZ may raise exports by 50% in 2017

MOSCOW, Oct 10 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest carmaker AvtoVAZ plans to increase exports by about 50% to about 45,000 cars in 2017, President Nicolas Maure said in an interview to Rossiya 24 television channel broadcast on Monday.

“Speaking of exports, we also plan to increase exports by about 50% next year. It is obvious that exports right now are not at the level they should be, and we will work on that,” he said.
